Our gloves are designed to help protect against heat during their intended use. Materials and protection levels vary by product, so always check the individual product details and supplied instructions. The same temperature rating and usage guidance do not necessarily apply across the range.

Care instructions vary by product:

• Double oven gloves: Machine wash at 30°C and lay flat to dry.
• BBQ gloves: Machine wash at a maximum of 30°C. Allow to air dry. Do not tumble dry or iron.
• Leather fireplace gloves: Do not machine wash, tumble dry or iron. Once cool, gently remove loose dirt with a dry or slightly damp cloth, then store in a clean, dry place away from direct heat and moisture.

Always follow the care instructions supplied with your gloves.

We offer free UK delivery with Royal Mail Tracked 48, which aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

For £2.99, you can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates.

Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day, excluding public holidays. Orders placed later are dispatched the next working day.

If you change your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging and in a resellable condition.

Email admin@home-folk.com with your order number to arrange a return. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is your responsibility.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can resolve the issue and cover the return postage.
