At Homefolk, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns

You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a re-sellable condition.

We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been used.
How to Return an Item

Email us at admin@home-folk.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll confirm the return and provide you with instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

If the item is faulty, damaged, or we made an error, we’ll cover the return postage.

If you simply change your mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Delivery costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake with your order.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order and return the original.
