Refund policy

At Homefolk, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

  • You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a re-sellable condition.

  • We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been used.


How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at admin@home-folk.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll confirm the return and provide you with instructions.

  3. Send your item back to:

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or we made an error, we’ll cover the return postage.

  • If you simply change your mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • Delivery costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake with your order.


Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order and return the original.
